I want to convey my sincere thanks to you, Janine, Deb and Ryan for my wonderful experience during the Life Challenge.  It is one of the best things I could have done for myself.  It helped in so many ways.  I have noticed the difference not only physically but emotionally and spiritually as well.  I feel the person who I really am is beginning to surface and all the “stuff” I have dealt with in my past is no longer controlling me.  I really feel at peace and I am so happy.  I am beginning to live my life! 

The first week of the challenge I really had some serious doubts as to what I was doing but with the help of everyone, I soon found myself actually looking forward to Monday and Wednesday evenings.  The motivation of all three trainers inspired me to reach for something I thought I would never be able to accomplish…but I did!  I am already looking forward to the next Life Challenge.
